Sticky oats! Psyllium husk and coconut flour are great ways to increase the size of your oatmeal! This is cooked with flax seeds (perfect omega 3:6 ratio) and oat milk, but you can use almond/coconut or rice milk as well.
- 80 g rolled oats
- oat milk or water
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp peanut butter pure
- 1/2 banana
The amount of oats I take actually varies, sometimes I go up to 150g, depending on how hungry I feel. To make them, cover oats with your choice of milk and let soak overnight.
Mix in 1 tsp peanut butter, half of the sliced banana, 1 tsp flax seeds and 1 tsp psyllium husk. Cook on the stove the next day. Top with whatever you fancy! Voilá, the creamist/stickiest oatmeal ever. 🙏🏽
